The condo is exactly 1 mile from the center of the town of Banner Elk and is extremely easy access with the city maintained roads. If you would like to visit Beech Mountain we are at the foot of the mountain so you can climb the 3 miles to the Beech Mountain Ski Resort or if you want to visit Sugar mountain we are 3.5 -miles from Sugar Mountain Ski resort as well. We are also approximately 20 minutes to Boone. There is an extra $75 pet cleaning fee for this property that is collected at the time booking. Pet/Dog friendly but Cats are not permitted to stay in the property.
